Texas Bike Tours
Currently, 60% of TXBT visitors are on mobile devices and this constitutes the majority of the site’s traffic. Typically, TXBT customers are traveling visitors to the city who are primarily relying on a mobile device to navigate and organize their day. It is critical that customers are able to book a tour from a mobile device. The challenge was to optimize the TXBT for a mobile experience.
Mobile Strategy
Enabling customers to easily and efficiently request a tour was the primary purpose of this mobile redesign. We designated and placed the primary CTA, “Let’s Ride”, on each critical screen, which streamlines and simplifies the customer journey. We also optimized the ‘Request a Tour’ form for mobile and touch. The prototype below explores the TXBT mobile experience.
